<p>&#8220;The best way to resolve negative emotions (stress, fears or grief) is to address and change the cause of the emotion. What creates emotions is the body&#8217;s response to your internal understandings of the external world (thoughts, attitudes, beliefs). It is an internal reaction to perception. When we experience a positive or a negative emotion, the body releases certain chemicals and we feel it physically. This reaction supports, gives meaning to and impacts the mental process. When we experience good feelings like happiness, the body produces chemicals called endorphins that are more powerful than morphine! When we experience a negative emotion, the body produces high levels of seretonin, adrenaline, and cortisol. Emotions, whether good or bad, are felt physically. That is what gives meaning to memory and to the external world. When you understand this connection and have the right skills, you can then create dynamic changes in your life.
